Terms & Conditions – vipiny User Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the vipiny website (hereinafter "the Platform") located at vipiny.cam, and by registering for an account or placing any wagers through our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and vipiny (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is operated and owned by vipiny, a gaming operator providing online casino, sports betting, and related entertainment services to players in the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or otherwise participate in gaming activities on the vipiny Platform. This age restriction is mandated by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and enforced in accordance with regulations set forth by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant regulatory authorities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Identity Verification

vipiny employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of all registered users. During or after the registration process, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid, government-issued identification document issued by the Republic of the Philippines. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, PhilSys ID (National ID), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's License, Voter's ID, Postal ID, or other government-issued IDs bearing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.

Failure to provide valid identification or refusal to comply with KYC procedures may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any deposited funds or winnings. vipiny reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or additional identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on vipiny, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, residential address, and such other details as may be requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy at all times.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the vipiny Platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the names of others (including family members, relatives, or associates), is strictly prohibited. vipiny employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds or winnings may be voided and forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to immediately notify vipiny of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vipiny shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

vipiny strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While 2FA is optional, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized account access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your vipiny account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer via Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), QR Ph, and GrabPay. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. vipiny does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, for which vipiny is not responsible.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All funds deposited into your account remain your property but are held in a segregated account maintained by vipiny for operational purposes. You acknowledge that deposited funds are intended solely for the purpose of placing wagers and participating in gaming activities on the Platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements, KYC verification, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where feasible. In cases where this is not possible, vipiny reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods.

Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours for manual review and approval. vipiny reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

vipiny is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crimes. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal requests will be processed. Funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to investigation and may result in account suspension. vipiny reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

vipiny may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to vipiny's sole discretion. vipiny reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems or bots to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, winnings, and possible account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other games may contribute less or not at all. Full contribution details are provided in the specific bonus terms for each promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

vipiny is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. We offer the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the vipiny Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any third party to access your account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or manipulate the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or vipiny staff.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipiny Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, audio, video, and trademarks, is the property of vipiny or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipiny, except as incidental to normal web browsing.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, vipiny, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if vipiny has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. vipiny does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, vipiny reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

11. Termination

vipiny reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to vipiny or other users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. vipiny will return any remaining account balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to vipiny and subject to completion of all necessary verification procedures.
